I have been blessed with an amazing family and phenomenal friends who support, love, and challenge me daily.  I also have 2 godsons, Jacob (8) and Benjamin (6) who I absolutely adore! They encourage me through their zest for life, love, and honesty.

 I love the outdoors (hiking, fishing, camping, horseback riding, you name it!!) and am mesmerized by the night sky. It is where I truly see the Lord.   I spent a semester in Perth, Australia, and I'm IN LOVE with the country! I hope to return someday, if only for a visit.

I am a very relational person. I'll chose one-on-one time building a deeper friendship over hanging with a big group any day. Though I can be serious, I have a goofy side and love finding the joy in life! I have a heart for missions and serving others. I have spent the last 3 winter breaks serving in Harmons, Jamaica which is where I truly fell in love with the Lord and His children. God opened my eyes not only to the great need in the world, but also to the depth of His love for us and desire for us to share it with others. Therefore, I am so blessed and excited to be able to serve in Africa with y'all! I can't wait to get to know each of you better in the following months!
